Nesco pressure cooker is very versatile in the kitchen as it functions not only as as pressure cooker but as a slow cooker and steamer at the same time. It is electric and digitally operated making it a worry-free operation. When the cooking is done, it automatically shuts off making it even more convenient and hassle-free as it does not require watching. It that takes down the pressure by itself and goes into warm mode which is a very awesome feature, great for working moms who have very limited cooking time. Highly recommended for those who are looking for an alternative to stove top pressure cooker as it uses less energy beating the expensive electric or gas costs. Very convenient, easy-to-clean and truly a multi-tasker. However, electric pressure cooker compare to stove top seems to have more issues with how durable it is or how long it will last. Just make sure that you do your side of reading the instructions and safety precautions before using it to make it lasts longer for you.

Nesco Pressure Cooker is manufactured by National Enameling and Stamping Company (NESCO®) who made its debut in the early 1930s in Wisconsin, USA. Since then, the company has been well known for manufacturing high quality and reliable kitchen appliances and cookware.
Nesco Pressure Cooker is a 6 quart stainless steel that is electric and functions as a slow cooker and steamer. It is operated using a programmable timer that can be set to delay cooking up to eight hours.It comes with two pressure settings and stay cool lid and handle to prevent burning. It has a safety steam release which prevents the lid from being opened until pressure is reduced to a safe level. The set also includes non-stick chamber, additional glass cover, steam rack and instruction manual and recipe book.
